Privacy Policy

The Escobar Kitchen app and Escobar Rewards · Effective October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Escobar Kitchen LLC, doing business as The Escobar Kitchen ("Escobar," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you use the Escobar Kitchen mobile app, our online ordering, online reservations, and the Escobar Rewards loyalty program (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information created when you use the Services

Information we do not collect: we do not receive or store your full card number — card payments are taken and processed only by Clover, our point-of-sale and payment provider. In the app and on our website, you enter your card in Clover's secure payment fields, and your card details go directly to Clover. Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are also processed by Clover. If you choose "Save this card", Clover stores the card for that restaurant location; we keep only the card brand, last 4 digits, expiration date and Clover's reference to it, so you can pay with one tap next time. You can remove a saved card anytime (Account → Saved cards), and deleting your account removes it too. To prevent card fraud, Clover's payment fields use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage information under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you allow location (only while you use the app — never in the background), it is used on your device to show our restaurants nearest-first and to show an order-ahead tip when you are at one of our restaurants (for example, Lake Nona inside The Bravo Market); your location is not sent to us, stored or shared. We do not use advertising identifiers or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
